With experience across IT and data-focused roles, she is passionate about using her skills to support meaningful initiatives and create positive community impact.
Maddison Cramer, Co-Director
Maddison is a former corporate lawyer specialising in the mining and resources sector, with over ten years’ experience as both a lawyer and company secretary. She is also a dedicated mother to two beautiful children who have each travelled their own journey through the Reach Baby Program. Maddison brings her professional expertise, lived experience and heartfelt commitment to supporting families to her role on the board.
Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and brings a strong background in early childhood development. She owned and operated a successful child development business from April 2011 to August 2020, during which time both of her children attended and benefited from the programs offered at her centres. Brenda is now a dedicated facilitator of the Reach Baby Program, combining her professional expertise with her personal experience to support and empower families on their developmental journey.
Rohini Aich, Occupational Therapist
Ro is a Baby Reach facilitator with a background in Occupational Therapy and currently studies the Master of Nursing Practice. She guides parents in understanding their baby’s neurodevelopment, supporting early reflex integration and confident caregiving. With clinical experience across hospital and country health settings and published research on brain injuries – Ro brings to the Reach Baby Program, evidence-based and family-centred care for babies to reach their developmental potential.
